Now no need to Dial 139 or no need of visiting indianrail.gov.in to check the pnr status of your wait list ticket.

If your waiting list ticket gets confirmed before the journey then IRCTC will send a message on your mobile number given while reserving the ticket.

Though the service is being developed by CRIS, Railway to reduce the on line load on it's websites but definitely it is going to make the wait list ticket holders smile.

In recent Indian railways trying all the possibilities of modernizing its services through technologies.

IRCTC has already launched modern life mobile application for ticket booking on mobile.
